Tang tri-colored pottery is one of Chinese art treasures for over 1000 years, which was used as furnishings for the palaces as well as burial articles for high officials and noble lords of the time. It's because this kind of handicraft started in the Tang Dynasty. It contains mainly three colours, yellow, green and white, so it is called Tang Tri-colored Pottery. Luoyang is the place where Tang Dynasty tri-colored glazed ware was conceived.
